T4H will focus on making sure AiNs and AiMs are not being used in roles that should be performed by RNs, RMs and ENs.
An appropriate skill mix
We will stand up for a proper skill mix, and make sure nurses and midwives are not being asked to work outside safe staffing arrangements.
Back on the ground with members
T4H wants to get the union back on the ground with members, helping nurses and midwives understand their rights and how to exercise them.
Your right to refuse unsafe work
We will give members practical education about their work health and safety rights, including their right to refuse unsafe work where the legal requirements are met.
